Our
Basic Wedding Reception
includes everything
you need to make
your wedding day
a memorable success.
The process begins
when you receive
your Contract and
Event Questionaire.
By filling out
the form in as
much detail as
possible you immediately
provide us with
most of the answers
we need to start
organizing your
reception for you.
The
next step is to set
up a courtesy pre-wedding
consultation with
your DJ. We do this
to allow you to meet
with your DJ in person
and discuss the details
of your wedding day.
All aspects will
be covered, including
reviewing your itinerary,
listening to music
selections and working
out any other special
requests or needs
that you might have.
Your
Host and DJ, Robert,
is versed in conducting
wedding ceremonies
and will be more
than happy to assist
you in selecting
appropriate music
for everything from
the arrival and seating
of your guests to
the last dance of
the evening. He can
help guide you in
choosing arrangements
for the entrace of
the bridesmaids and
groomsmen, the wedding
march, the lighting
of the Unity Candle,
the bridal processional
and the wedding party's
recessional.
During
your pre-wedding
consultation all
ceremony and reception
music and any other
requests you have
will be played for
you through the same
kind of computer
system that will
be used during your
ceremony/reception.
You can see how the
the system works,
choose the arrangements
that you like and
finalize all aspects
of your reception.
We will also be able
to determine what,
if any, special equipment
or arrangements will
need to be taken
care of and offer
suggestions that
we feel might benefit
you and your guests.
We
strongly recommend
that this meeting
take place at least
1-2 weeks before
your wedding date,
but no longer than
a month (our experience
has shown that when
the meeting is closer
to your wedding date,
everything will be
fresh in everybody's
mind and therefore
changes are less
likely to take place).
For
larger groups, bigger
venues or to create
a unique party atmosphere
you might consider

ideas listed below.
